Yes! Our streaming pages include optional live chat where guests can leave messages and well-wishes during the ceremony. For Luxury packages, we include a dedicated moderator to manage the chat and share select messages with you after the ceremony.
We understand plans change. Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred to a new date within 18 months. Full cancellation details are provided in your contract. We recommend wedding insurance that covers vendor cancellations.

When a ceremony is streamed on a platform that uses automated copyright detection — including YouTube — the system can identify copyrighted music in real time and mute or interrupt the stream during songs like a processional or recessional. This is not a streaming quality issue; it is a platform licensing issue that affects any streamer using popular recorded music.
