What We Do

Wedding Video, Broadcast Live and Captured in Full.

VowsLive is a video production service — we do not offer photography. Every ceremony gets the same broadcast-grade treatment: a live, multi-camera stream for remote guests, and a complete 4K recording of the whole day for you to keep.

Core Services

Four Parts of the Same Production.

These are not separate add-ons. Live broadcasting, full ceremony capture, on-site crew, and post-production are handled together, by the same team, on every wedding we cover.

Live Streaming & Broadcasting

End-to-end live streaming, built the same way a TV broadcast is built. We handle the full signal chain — encoders, production switcher, and streaming platform delivery — then switch between multiple cameras in real time so remote guests see a directed program, not one static angle. Live graphics and lower-third overlays (names, ceremony program titles) are added as the broadcast happens.

  • Streaming setup — encoders, switcher, and platform delivery configured for your ceremony
  • Multi-camera switching between angles in real time, directed live
  • Real-time graphics and overlays — names, titles, and ceremony program cues

Full 4K Ceremony Capture

Broadcast-grade coverage is not only for the people watching live. Every camera records locally in the same cinema-quality 4K used for the stream, so the entire ceremony — start to finish — is preserved, not just a 90-second highlight cut. That is the difference between a live stream and a complete ceremony record you can watch again any time.

  • The full ceremony, captured in 4K from every camera angle
  • A complete recorded master, not a compressed highlight reel
  • Yours to keep and re-watch, independent of the live broadcast

Skilled Operator Services

Every production is run by people, not a fixed camera left to itself. Experienced video operators manage each camera in the room, while a technical director oversees the live switch and coordinates the broadcast in real time — so the coverage adapts to what is actually happening at the ceremony instead of missing it.

  • Video operators managing cameras and framing throughout the ceremony
  • A technical director coordinating the live switch and overall broadcast
  • On-site coverage that adapts in real time, not a locked-off camera

Post-Production

Once the ceremony ends, the footage is refined, not just handed over raw. Our editors polish the full recorded master and prepare a shareable highlight cut, with color grading and audio mixing applied so both versions look and sound the way the day actually felt.

  • Editing of the full ceremony master and a shorter highlight reel
  • Color grading for a consistent, cinematic look across every camera
  • Audio mixing and enhancement for clear vows and officiant speech
A Note on Terminology

What “Broadcast-Grade” Actually Means.

It is not a marketing phrase. It describes the category of equipment and workflow behind the coverage — the same one used for televised events, scaled down for a single ceremony.

Cinema Cameras, Not Webcams

Multiple cinema-grade cameras capture the ceremony, not a single fixed webcam or a phone propped in the back row.

A Real Production Switcher

A technical director cuts between camera angles live using a broadcast switcher — the same tool category used to direct televised events.

Independent Audio Capture

Vows and officiant speech are captured on dedicated microphones, separate from whatever the venue's house sound system is doing.

Redundant Delivery

Connectivity and recording both run with backup in place, so a single dropped connection does not end the broadcast or the recording.

Beyond the Live Stream

Not Only Live — a Ceremony You Can Watch Again.

A live broadcast is only half of what we deliver. Because every camera is recording in full 4K throughout the ceremony, you also get a complete video record of the day — not a 90-second highlight cut, the whole thing, ready to watch whenever you want.
