What if the venue has bad internet?
We bring redundant internet solutions including bonded cellular connections and backup systems. We test internet connectivity during our pre-production venue visit and come prepared with backup plans to ensure a stable stream regardless of venue WiFi quality.
Will you record the ceremony too, or just stream it?
All packages include a full recording of your ceremony in HD or 4K (depending on your package). You receive a downloadable master file plus optional highlight edits. The recording is exactly what your guests saw during the live stream.
How many guests can watch the live stream?
There's no limit. Whether you have 10 remote guests or 10,000, our streaming infrastructure can handle any audience size. Each guest receives a private link to the secure viewing page.
How discreet is your crew during the ceremony?
Very discreet. We arrive early to set up and test everything, then blend into the background during your ceremony. Our operators wear formal attire and position themselves unobtrusively. Most guests don't even notice we're there—they just see the beautiful ceremony.
What happens if a camera or equipment fails?
We bring backup cameras and redundant systems for exactly this reason. Our packages include backup equipment so if anything fails, we seamlessly switch to backup gear without interrupting your stream or missing any moments.
Can you work with our venue's restrictions?
Yes. We're experienced working with churches, chapels, and venues with specific rules about photography and filming. We coordinate with your venue in advance to understand their requirements and ensure our setup respects all restrictions while still delivering beautiful coverage.
Do you travel for destination weddings?
Absolutely. We've produced live streams for destination weddings across the country and internationally. Our team is experienced with complex venue logistics, international travel coordination, and ensuring all equipment arrives safely and on time.
For destination weddings, your quote will include a transparent breakdown of any travel-related costs such as flights, accommodations, and equipment transport. We coordinate with your venue team in advance to handle logistics seamlessly, so you can focus on enjoying your celebration.
How does location affect pricing?
Our package pricing ranges account for varying location needs. The final investment reflects your specific venue situation, including travel distance, accessibility, venue complexity, and any required equipment transport.
For local and regional weddings, pricing typically falls within the standard package ranges shown. For destination weddings or venues requiring significant travel, we'll provide a detailed, transparent breakdown of associated logistics costs during your consultation. We believe in complete transparency—you'll know exactly what you're investing in and why.
How long does it take to get our recording after the wedding?
Your full ceremony recording is typically delivered within 5-7 business days. If you've selected a package with highlight edits, those are delivered within 2-3 weeks. Same-day teasers (if ordered) are delivered within 24 hours.
Can guests interact during the live stream?
Yes! Our streaming pages include optional live chat where guests can leave messages and well-wishes during the ceremony. For Luxury packages, we include a dedicated moderator to manage the chat and share select messages with you after the ceremony.
What's your cancellation policy?
We understand plans change. Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred to a new date within 18 months. Full cancellation details are provided in your contract. We recommend wedding insurance that covers vendor cancellations.
Do you work with wedding planners and venues?
Absolutely! We have a dedicated partnership program for wedding planners, venues, coordinators, and other wedding professionals. Our partners earn competitive commissions (15-25%) on referrals and receive priority booking, co-branded marketing materials, and dedicated support.
