The Setting
Casa Malca sits on a private stretch of the Tulum coastline. The ceremony was set at the water line at 4:30 p.m., late enough for warm side-light and early enough that we could confirm the connectivity setup before family logged on in three different time zones.
What Made This One Different
The multi-faith element required careful liaison. Amara’s family observed elements of the Yoruba tradition; James’s family included a Catholic reading. We worked with the couple’s officiant and their cultural liaison to plan camera positions that respected the personal sequences and stayed unobtrusive during the readings.
The Broadcast
Delivered to a private, password-protected stream page with a live viewer count that only the couple’s parents could see. Playback was offered for 45 days afterward at 1080p and 4K.
