The Setting

Meadowood is a discreet luxury property in the heart of Napa Valley. The Hindu ceremony required a mandap-facing anchor camera, which we planned with the couple’s priest and their family faith liaison two weeks before.

The Cultural Considerations

We worked with the family’s advisor on shot framing during the seven pheras and on the specific rituals that were not to be filmed close-up. The couple’s parents in Delhi and Mumbai received a private, high-resolution stream link with a chat channel for their siblings.

The Broadcast

Three separate streams over three days — mehndi, sangeet, and ceremony — each with the same production team. The main ceremony broadcast held a peak concurrent audience of 310 households.

Highlights Delivered

  • Live 4K broadcast across three ceremony days
  • 3-minute highlight reel delivered within 48 hours
  • Full-length ceremony films mastered at 4K
  • Private stream archive available for one year

The mandap-facing camera position was worked out with our priest. It respected the ritual. It made my parents in Delhi feel the weight of every mantra.
